- Startup stage, industry, and business details
- Responses to assessment questions including problem statement, traction, team background, funding
status, challenges, and mentorship goals
We do not collect payment information, government IDs, or any sensitive personal data beyond what is listed
above.
How We Use Your Information
The information you provide is used solely for the following purposes:
- Reviewing and evaluating your mentorship application
- Communicating with you about your application status
- Scheduling and conducting mentorship sessions if selected
- Sending program-related updates and announcements
- Improving our application and selection process
We will never use your information for unsolicited marketing, sell it to third parties, or share it with
advertisers.
Email Communications
Upon submitting your application, you will receive:
- An automatic confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your application
- Follow-up communication from our team regarding your application outcome
- Mentorship-related correspondence if you are selected
You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by replying to any email with "Unsubscribe" in
the subject line.
Data Storage & Security
Your application data is transmitted securely via HTTPS. Notification emails are processed through
SendGrid, a trusted email delivery platform, which maintains its own data security and privacy standards.
We retain your application data for a maximum of 12 months from the date of submission, after which it is
permanently deleted unless an active mentorship relationship is ongoing.
Access to submitted applications is strictly limited to Krishna and authorised members of the Ksoft
Technologies team involved in the selection process.
Third-Party Services
This website uses the following third-party services:
- SendGrid - for transactional email delivery of
application confirmations and notifications
- Google Fonts - for typography rendering (Inter typeface)
These services may process limited technical data such as IP addresses and browser metadata as part of
their standard operation. We do not share your application data with these providers beyond what is
necessary for email delivery.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion of your data at any time
- Withdraw consent for us to process your data
